Dealing with sibling issues whilst grieving…..

Yes i can’t imagine having to manage this around other people, tryibng to meet their expectations instead of mine. I feel bad for anyone who needs to go back like that.
Yes each morning I light candles and look at mums photo, talk to her how I am feeling. I have learnt about a chant to do at this time called Om Namah Shivaaya, which is supposed to help. I don’t know much about chants but I rememebr Tina Turner saying a chant she found helped change her life so thought I would try.

The chant sounds good and worth a try anyway. Try anything that helps.
I have photos of mum in most rooms do I feel she is everywhere in the house, have her furniture in my lounge, her ornaments around the house and her pots in my garden. It all helps to make her feel close to us.
You are doing so well. Keep going and take small steps every day.
