Hi, I’m just feeling a bit lost at the moment. My Dad passed away on the 3rd October.
I no how you are feeling.
The worst feelings ever.
I lost my Dad suddenly in January , still can’t come to terms with it all.
All I can say is take each day as it comes.
I have good days, bad days and days that are horrendous.
But they all pass.
