I went to the funeral of my dad yesterday, he died in December, the grief is so painful as we parted company 30 plus years ago, im now 50 years old, just cant get over that hes gone and will never ger to talk to him again, i did try to patch things up about 20 years ago but i was rejected but i still feel so upset as i just thought we could talk at some point.

I’m so sorry to hear about your dad and the situation you are in. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.
