Hi all, just looking for advice for my mum… i am beside myself with worry…
A year last August she lost her sister, after being reuinted after 15 years they were only together a few months when she died, then her husbnad died 6 months later, but he was cause of the rift, sexually assaulted.me and my mum, but we arranged care for him, set him up and visited occasionally, and then he passed away. Then August last year my father passed away… suddenly, we have coped, we had lots of things planned, family wedding, scattering dads ashes, theatre show, but just now mums become confused, not sure of dates of deaths of people, questioning it all, and i was thinking complex grief, dr gave her some.diazepam to see if would help calm her… not sure what the hell to do,
That sounds like such a lot to cope with, @samt73. It may be worth going back to the doctor with your mum if things aren’t improving.

Thank you, it gets worse for me ive had 24 deaths in 12 months, and a friend just passed away last weekend too.
I processed my dads loss for about 18months prior to the death as I just felt was losing him.
We are all talking as a family about it all, just getting through.
