Death of loved ones 💔

Hi everyone, I’m new here.
So I wanted to try this out because I do hold all my emotions in especially when it comes to grief.
10 years ago in 2015 I lost my friend from school due to committed suicide and we were still both 15 at the time. She passed away on 25th Feb 2015 and her birthday was April 21st her 16th x
I turned 16 on 21st march. So I’ve made a group with friends and going to meet up for her 10 year anniversary. Ever since I’ve been struggling to cope and I have mental health difficulties too.
Since then I have lost a quite a few people.
2019- my grandad passed
2021- my friend passed away from a seizure
2024 - my cousin passed away from cancer in Jan
Then in may 2024 I lost a friend to cancer
June 2024 I lost my great aunt
Then recently yesterday 15th Jan I lost a family friend very close who’s known me since I was born and always there for me passed away so I’m still struggling to cope with everything

I’m sorry to hear of your many losses.
That will have been very traumatic as a teenager when your friend died and that first awful experience of death is going to colour and affect any other you have I expect. Did you get any professional counselling at that time? If not then perhaps now would be a good time. You obviously have responsibilities and that makes it harder to care for ourselves so things just get pushed aside rather than worked through.
I hope you find other support here on the forum too.
