Hi there my names max, I’m 27 years old and unfortunately I lost my best friend (dad) last year august to brain and lung cancer, and i am really really struggling. I’ve got to stay strong for my mum, which is why I haven’t gone to see anyone yet, but right now I’m really struggling. I miss him more than ever. Any advice?

@Maxxsimm Sorry about the loss of your Dad. I’m in the same boat. Lost my Dad in March & I’m trying to be supportive to my mum. I can’t really give you any advice other than I know how it feels & it’s horrible. It changes you as a person doesn’t it. Do you have anyone supporting you? My eldest brother & me msg everyday which helps. I try & keep busy, sometimes it helps, other times less so. Warmest regards. X
