So sorry for your loss. It`s crap, this sorrow. Lost my Norm nearly 10 weeks ago, miss him like crazy, know how you feel. Wishing you some peace.

I’m so sorry you too have lost someone you love. Would you like to tell us more? Don’t worry if you would rather not.
I joined this wonderful group after losing my wonderful husband suddenly almost a year ago. There are some amazing people here who have all lost loved ones, we understand the nightmare that it is and the loneliness.
Just reading through old posts helped me, knowing I wasn’t alone feeling frightened of the future without them.
Post when your ready or search for posts of things that are concerning you. There are some very wise people here who will be along with words of support or advice.
