me and my wife lost a baby i believe in 2014 I cant ever get this out of my mind abd believe my relationship went wrong at the start because of this. i shut my wife out because i couldnt deal with it

I’m so sorry to hear about your baby, @mrsmith. Such a huge loss would understandably put a massive strain on a relationship.
You are not alone. Sadly many of our members have experienced the loss of a child and will understand some of what you’re going through. I’m giving your thread a gentle, “bump” - I’m sure someone will be along to share their support.
I do think that people grieve in different ways, especially men and women, and that can cause extra heartache when one person doesn’t understand the other’s reactions. I am sorry, but not surprised, to hear you are still sad after so many years. My grief will be with me for ever, I suspect.
