DOES ANYONE FIND THEMSELVES LOOKING UP AT THE CLOUDS MORE?

Hi having lost mum suddenly just a few months ago…

…i find myself looking up at the sky and the clouds more than before.I was just wandering if any one had a similar thing going on?

It could be a sense that our departed loved one in now in heaven perhaps?

Or maybe it’s just part of my own psychological make up to do this?

I’ve read somewhere that spending time in nature is healing because only the vastness of open skies /landscapes / seascape feels big enough to hold the enormity of our pain and to give it the space it needs. Thats always stuck with me :heart:

@Ally6 Ally6Hi that’s an interesting perspective…thanks for responding.I do appreciate it.

Hi Anthony
Yes. When I take my wife’s dogs for a walk which I do many times a day I find myself talking to her while looking at the sky. There is always something beautiful even in the winter, some light piercing a cloud or the red sky at dawn that are so beautiful they seem heavenly.

Hi Anthony. So sorry to hear about your mum. Since my best friend died i always look at the clouds.just staring at them moving and giving them a wave. There is a song called’ looking at the sky’ by Maddie baugh. I think you might like it. Sending you lots of love and strength. xxx
