Double loss

Last week I wrote about my wife taking her own life. Having barely come to terms with that I am now also having to deal with the passing of my mother. They died10 days apart.
Mum was 92 and still reasonably well until the last couple of months, so it has been something of a shock.
The enormous problem is I’m feeling that my grief is torn in half. I can’t grieve properly for either of them.
Awful feeling

I am SO terribly sorry. So sorry. I can only imagine how you must struggle, right now.

You deserve to be extra gentle with yourself and to see a grief counselor, I would imagine?
I can only imagine how you miss your dear mum. Perhaps get professional guidance and how to proceed.
