It doesn’t work for me either and I feel I am losing my ability to remember him before he was taken ill - I can’t get his last month in ICU with sepsis our if my head - its like a continuous replay. He couldn’t communicate all that time though as he couldnt speak with the continuous ventilation so I can’t remember what his vouce sounds like . I have just made a photo nook with photos of both of us on my iPad and thst helped to bring back good memories so hopefully that will come soon. I can’t see any happy future without him.
