Where to start… I recently had a baby and ever since, I keep getting periods of getting really down about death and loosing people.. for background, I lost my husbands nan, my auntie, uncle, a good friend to suicide, 2 students in unrelated deaths at the school I work and 2 pets.. All within the last 2 years.. I can’t help thinking that perhaps I have a lot of unprocessed grief especially having been pregnant where I blocked a lot of things out.. The thoughts are really overwhelming and just needed to vent somewhere…

I’m Alex, and I just wanted to reach out and say how truly sorry I am that you’re going through so much. Experiencing multiple losses can feel incredibly heavy, and it’s completely understandable if you’re finding it hard to cope right now. Please know that you’re not alone in feeling this way.
