Cruse Bereavement Care Scotland offer support and helpline. It would be worth be ringing to see if they offer face to face groups bearing in mind covid restrictions at present. Contact 0808 202 6161 or email support@crusescotland.org.uk
There is also NHS Lothian Bereavement Service who offer practical advice and help to find bereavement support. They may know of local face to face groups in your area. Contact 0131 242 6995 or email bereavement.service@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
