Nearly 3 months in , I’m not looking forward to Father’s Day , my partner of 21 yrs so many happy memories with our 5 children 11,15,17,19 and 21then the day after it would of been his 59th birthday. He was so much fun and would always joke around with the children . We will celebrate as best as we can , it won’t be the easiest but he will always be in our hearts forever , just taken so suddenly from us with sudden heart attack . Then a month later of his death our dog died . So glad I have the love and company of my children but I will always have this emptiness in my heart . Miss him so much .

I feel the same - Father’s Day was always a good day in our family and we’re not quite sure how to celebrate it now. We are at a family wedding the day before so it’s going to be an emotional and really challenging weekend but we will try our best to remember the good times. It’s all so raw though we won’t be able to not be sad.
He’s left a huge gaping hole in all our lives and I just don’t know if that can ever be filled even a little bit so life can be better.
Let’s try remember them best we can as the amazing dads they were

Yeh my daughter said same last week ! Think shes dreading fathers day 
and same with me i lost our dog a month after he passed. Good luck with fathers day - be hard for your young children xx

Yeh … what a lovely thing to say !! He was an amazing dad and my kids loved him dearly ! You couldnt not love him ! He had so much love to give xx
