The simple answer is it will always hurt but to a lesser degree. Our lives are so changed and the one we love has gone. We have to learn to live with the grief. Each day will be different depending on how we wake up x

Iām sorry for your loss Clare. It is so young to be on your own. I lost my husband suddenly after cardiac arrest in front of me. It was harrowing. It is almost twelve months ago. I have had a few good days with my sister recently but today has been a really bad day. I cried from waking up just could not stop the tears. Sending hugs x
