@Foreveryoung81 @Ward hi, im so sorry for your losses at such young ages, i lost my LH last Oct, he was 47. Have you heard of WAY, widowed and young, it might help to chat with others in similar heartbreaking situations and possibly meet ups

I’m the same every day when I finish work I break down , I can’t seem to do anything, no housework no washing, iv lost the heart for everything xx
