Hi everyone, i lost my dad suddenly and unexpectedly after a short illness yesterday. I havent been able to sleep since sunday when i came to see him at the hospital. Not sure why im writing here, everything just feels very surreal. Im holding it together until someone asks me how i am. Luckily not many people are asking me as my mum and sibling are very distressed.

So so sorry for your loss, I imagine everyone in your family is dealing with their grief in their own way. Its still very raw so your emotions will be all over the place. This site is great for support, Its helped me a great deal
