Don’t be so hard on yourself and blame yourself. Your parent won’t like that, please talk to us, I have suffered the same thing ever since my mom passed away and can’t stop blaming myself but she would’nt like that
They put my mum on drugs that took her voice and i should of stopped that i should of packed my job in to look after her from the start maybe she would be here now x
