I’m Colette, I’m 30 years old and I lost my partner very suddenly last year. I found it very difficult to find the right support for me following this. Months later, I found AtaLoss.org, a Charity dedicated to ensuring that everyone in the U.K. who has suffered a significant loss can locate support. I found the right support that worked for me through their website, www.ataloss.org - there is a search function covering local and national bereavement and counselling services. I now volunteer for the Charity and it has had such a positive affect on my life since losing Dave, so I just want to share this with you and really hope it can help others.
