Yesterday was a year when I got the phone call that no parent should ever hear.
My daughter (f21) was in ICU and her heart had been restarted.
She had been inpatient for 3 years and took her own life. Upon investigation, she was already brain dead before she left the ward, being without oxygen for 30 minutes.
In 2 more days was when they turned the life support off after her organs were donated.
Having the incident report replays the whole thing in my head with timescales.
Her death was preventable and I am so angry that it was allowed to happen
