My mum passed away in January, does anybody have any advice on what to do to remember Mum? The pain is still hitting hard and I’ll be staying away from social media, but I want to do something but I’m not sure what.
Hello it’s my first Mother’s Day without my mum too. To remember her today my dad and I are planting a rose in his garden. Milestone days like these are difficult but I’m trying to think about and focus on the good times I shared with my mum and happy memories we had. You should look up ‘continuing bonds’. I have looked at that in my bereavement counselling-interesting.
