Hi Morning everyone. Just looking on here helps, so many people reaching out to others. It is four years since my husband went to heaven. The mornings are the hardest part of my day. Family and friends have, and will continue to be so supportive and understanding. I am so grateful, I can’t thank them enough. But, at times this sadness is so overwhelming. I now know from this community that others feel the same. Thank you.

4 years? it just shows how long this grief thing lasts, from what I have read about grief it lasts as long as we live and lasts forever.
I was with my wife for 45 years perhaps if I lived for another 45 years I might stand a chance of getting through it.
