Hi @Kazza72
Welcome to this forum. My mom passed 3 years ago from brain tumours, Christmas after a bereavement is tough, my mom always insisted on playing charades every Christmas, :christmas_tree: it’s just not the same without her, so I can understand from experience why you’er dreading it. All I can say is take it one day at a time, maybe chech what your family wants to do, as people have suggested to me, if you feel up to it, you can start new traditions, obviously it won’t bring them back, but can be a way to keep them with us in a way when they sadly can’t be here, things like making a special decoration for the tree for them, maybe a walk somewhere that was special to them, but it’s up to you what you feel comfortable with, this is your grief journey. Sending hugs of support.
