Hello. So sorry to hear about your sister.
I lost my wife in March. It came out of the blue. Didn’t expect it. It has blown a great big hole in my life and i cant realy cope myself. You must try to get help to talk through your feelings with someone as having such negative thoughts and feelings for a prolonged period is not good.
Please know that many others are working through this and similar situations. I for one feel totaly desperate at times, but try to get help, we all need it.
