Thank you Ian, I needed this today, I don’t think our families, friends etc… realise how hard it is to carry on & the strength & bravery it takes, they only realise like me when it happens to you.

@Flower_garden, My daughters sent me that, they know my struggle and they know theirs, I’m very blessed to have such wonderfully kind and thoughtful girls, thank god iv got them and thank god more they have theirs mothers tenderness and ability to love and care above for just them selves

I’m finding it just so hard to keep picking myself up. There are only so many times I can keep doing it after 15 months.
