My husband passed away at the end of January this year. I find myself so lonely and wondered if there are any widows or widowers who would like to meet up for a coffee/walk/meal etc. I live in South Devon.

I’m so sorry to hear about your husband and your feeling of loneliness. I lost my husband over 15 months ago now and I can so empathise with how you are feeling.
I’m happy to meet but I live near Tavistock and am a young 69! Hopefully you might hear from others who are younger and more local!
Have you considered seeing if there is a WAYUP group in your area? It is free to join and they publish a monthly calendar of activities. My group meet for lunch weekly but might be too far for you to travel.
