Funeral Anniversary

Hello everyone,

I know a family who lost their loved one last year and the funeral anniversary is coming up soon.

I haven’t spoken to them since I saw them at the funeral and I just wanted to know if it would be weird if I sent them a text to let them know I’m thinking of them?

I overthink a lot of things and don’t want to do something unnecessary since I’m not that close with the family.

Definitely not weird, no harm sending a quick message, if they want to reply I’m sure they will. I’m sure they would appreciate it.

Hi,
I’ve just had the first anniversary of losing my mum and got several messages from friends that I really appreciated, it helped to know that people were there for me xx
