Today marks exactly 5 months since we lost my amazing Dad and tomorrow we say goodbye to my beautiful Mum. I don’t know how I will get through the day , the same crematourim , same undertakers , same celebrant , same people. It’s like deja vu all over again. I am lucky in the sense I will have alot of people to support me on the day , but I just feel so alone and have so many questions … Why me ? Why so soon after Dad. My heart literally feels broken

To lose both parents so close to each other, i cant even begin to imagine how you must be feeling. Life seems so cruel. Sending you huge hugs and strength to get through tomorrow and the days ahead
