My son died in February from an aneurysm, he was 46, I struggle to cope but try to be brave for his family

Welcome to the Community, I apologise for the delay in responding. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your son.
There is an amazing organisation called The Compassionate Friends which is for families who have lost a child of any age. They do have a helpline on 0345 123 2304. It is run by volunteers from 10am-4pm and 7-10pm all year round for someone to talk to.
Sue Ryder have produced a very helpful Grief Guide which contains useful information and helps you to understand and cope with your bereavement and grief. You just need to create account. It is all free.
