Hi this is the first time I have posted on here. We lost our son two years ago aged 4 months. We recently received genetic results which show a genetic hereditary condition. I feel so sad we lost our precious son because of a faulty gene we passed to him. I miss him so much 
Jamsuzied6, I can’t tell you how sorry I feel for you. There are so many things that we carry and don’t know. I do hope that you don’t feel guilty because there is nothing you could have done at the time. You have same wonderful memories and I hope lots of photos that will help you to share those memories with others.

Im sorry for your loss, our son passed away 16yrs ago aged 7 months from a genetic condition not a day goes by when i dont feel guilty of carrying on without him
