This Friday 26 nov would have been my robs 58th birthday . I’m an on leave from work and last year being the first one without him I didn’t cope in fact I want to just go to him so had to be referred to a bereavement counciling service .
I have absolutely no idea or plans for this coming Friday so I guess I will just get through it as best I can same as every other day then really

Hi Kazza, I’m really sorry for your lose, if it’s not too hard for you to do, maybe try doing something that Rob liked doing? That’s what I try to do with anniversaries
