Everyone copes differently. I went back to work after three weeks, it was better to be around people and be busy rather sitting in an empty house. I do enough of that in the evenings
I get that, think its going to be hard walking out of work and him not being there to pick me up. Will cry on way home im sure. Its going to be physically harder due to me going to have to get the bus from now on. I will do enough sitting alone on my days off
