My son died 2 years ago in a road traffic accident. Hitting the 2 year mark feels like my grief is going bacwards.

So sorry for yr loss.
We lost our daughter 6 months ago, that horrible disease cancer took her.
She has 2 teenage children and a husband but we are all trying to support each other all the time and it really helps.
We all have to go thru the firsts of everything without her and those times are so difficult but we have to go thru them to come out the other side the hospice said.
There is no time limit on grief and we all deal with it in our own way.
Never feel bad about grieving and never apologise for it.
We will learn to live with it but it takes as long as it takes.

Sending hugs to you too. Thank you for the comment that we have to go through grief so that we can come out the other side. We will never be the same but hopefully it won’t feel so raw as time goes by.
