I lost a daughter she was three to meningitis
Hello @Seren2,
I can see that you’re new to the community, so I wanted to say that I am so sorry for the loss of your daughter that brings you here.
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that may help right now.
-
Our Grief Guide self-help platform which has information, resources and advice to help you through your grief
-
Our Bereavement Information pages which can walk you through what you are going through.
Another good place to get support is our Losing a child page. On it, you’ll find information about how the death of a child can affect you, as well as practical advice to help you cope with your grief.
Thank you again for sharing – please keep reaching out and know that you are not alone.
Take care,
Alex
What a dreadful thing to happen. Sending my deepest condolences on the loss of your little daughter.
The loss of a child is so hard to bare no matter what age. We lost our Matthew suddenly in his sleep 11 weeks ago (he was a fit and healthy 27 year old) and every day is torture, let those around you pick you up and look after you and let those people on here help you with this intense grief and intense physical pain a mother goes through with the loss of their child.
Thank you its heartbreaking and a pain nobody can explain
