Hello I hood I’m ok posting this
There is grief everywhere. I just spoke to a homeless guy for good half hour. He didn’t have to tell me but it’s probably the only conversation he gets all day with a human being who can relate. He told me why he’s homeless because he lost his two children and his wife including his whole family. I can’t relate on that level as I’ve only lost my mum but not on the scale this poor guy. I had seen him before and I knew he would be in the same place. I bought him a coffee and a bacon butty. If more people did this it may make the world a better place.
Suffice to say this guy was suffering intolerable grief. Mg heart goes out to him. He proceeded to tell him what has this world come to when a human being loses his home gets made redundant and ends up on the street through no fault of his own after enduring so much grief of losing so many loved ones. It angers me to hear this. I used to be politically active a socialist and like many others I have become disillusioned with the way things are in this country and seeing some poor guy living on the streets it just confirms what I have always believed this country just doesn’t care about those less fortunate than ourselves. It’s going to get worse unless we see real long lasting change.
This guy does not deserve to live like this lonely dealing with his grief.
It’s saddens me so much
