My mum past away from secondary breast cancer on the 4th Nov 25. I was with her when she past and her passing was so peaceful. Grief has been a roller coaster. I feel so sad. Emotional and o find it hard to stop crying. I thought I had a Handle on them and went back to work, but on the 4 th Dec I relapsed and done a full 360. I’m now again signed off work reason bereavement. Wonder is I’m alone on this or if this is totally normal? Everyone say do what o need to do want to do but I don’t know what that is? I’ve never been here before. I have a lot of support around me, I have also tried bereavement counselling but they say this is too soon. Thanks for letting me waffle xx
