Recently lost my nanna,we did lots together and i did lots for her. Icurrently font believe she has passed. Is this normal how,yet i still cry of the thought of it. How do i cope with this

Hi @Wellies234 anything you feel in grief is entirely normal. You can expect to feel so many different emotions and often at the same time! It sounds like you’ve had a lovely relationship with your Nanna so it will take time to adapt to your loss. Hopefully you have the support of your family and will be able to express how you feel. In time you’ll be able to find comfort in remembering the happiness you shared with your Nanna because no doubt she wouldn’t want you to be sad. Take care, best wishes xx
