I recently lost my father, and although we had some weeks to prepare the end happened really quick, almost too quick to get my head around. I can’t get his death out of my mind, I was with him all the way to the end and it was so traumatic seeing him distressed and not my dad. I feel so guilty eating food as he was unable to and I feel so guilty being around my husband and children for laughing so I just don’t.
