On those really heavy days when the weight of grief seems to be pushing you down, and no amount of distraction can take your sadness away, please be gentle with yourself.
You just have to lean into your pain and cry it out.
Give yourself time to recharge.
Take a deep breath, because on those days it takes all your energy to just keep breathing.
