Hi i cant afford 2 pay 4 counselling bt do need sum so dnt knw wat 2 do as my bf said hed be here 4 me bt hes just pushed me away since i opened up my grief in frnt of him i feel so alone rite nw

Hi @Tracy6618, our counselling service is free and held via video chat so you wouldn’t need to pay for anything. If you speak to your GP, they may also be able to refer you to counselling, too.
