I just wanted to say that the ‘Griefcast’ podcast by Cariad Lloyd has been an absolute lifeline for me the past 4 days since losing my Mum.
I learn something valuable from every single episode and I really recommend it if you haven’t listened already

@stardust2023 a friend of mine gave me a book written by Cariad Lloyd ‘You are not alone’ i found it really helpful in knowing how someone else went through the grieving journey.
