Marg, I am so sorry for your loss, you are so right and I would like to thank you so much for your lovely, very comforting words, it has helped me out things into perspective. I am not a monster for being impatient occasionally, under very hard circumstances, nor are any of us. Great idea to write a letter, I am going to do that. Thank you Marg x
