Guilt

This man is a psychiatrist in Los Angeles

This describes me perfectly, or at least how I used to be, always regurgitating thoughts from the past I didnt want. But I did a course of hypnotherapy, and now it rarely happens to me. Im far happier.
When Penny died last year, I beat myself up with guilt, regret and "if only"s. Looking back, I now realise that many of these thoughts were misunderstandings, misinterpretations, or even just totally wrong.
They are now in the past, where they should be.
