Just got into bed last night and I heard a noise so I got up looked out the window saw nothing . It really spooked me ,my dogs didn’t bark so I came downstairs and slept on the sofa . Just what I needed today as Iv got a full day of home schooling with my 5 year old grandson . Does anyone else get spooked easily or is it just me

Hi Kazzer, I live in a bungalow and I do occasionally feel like you, if a noise wakes me, my imagination takes over, I have 2 dogs and they do make me feel safer, I would be a lot worse if I didn’t have them, and as I get older I think I’m getting worse, I feel more vulnerable, I think it happens to most people at some point if they live on their own.
