Honestly this Xmas been my worst ever lost my parents suddenly last xmas that was difficult. But this year just getting so much worse .just bad news all the time.
Life seems so difficult. I hate it

I’m sorry to hear that things are feeling so difficult right now. Christmas and other occasions can really heighten grief, especially if it’s around the time of an anniversary, as you have.
