Has anyone read any books that have helped them? I’m not thinking of self-help books as much as accounts of grief by those who’ve lived it and tried to make sense of it - the sort of thing I feel we all try and do on this forum. I’ve read five, all of which I found helpful in trying to work through my own feelings. i found ‘its ok that your not ok’ by MEGAN Devine a help for me

im only 7 months into the loss of my wife after a short illness

its doesn’t fix anything

it helped me understand that i was not alone in how i was feeling
