Hi all, its me again, just about 6 months since my mother died in my arms and I am feeling a little depressed and my health has taken a slight down turn (I have trouble from time to time with a foot injury when I managed three months ago to put a steel toe cap through it then ended in 2 days in hospital with cellulites) I know anything that effects mobility can have an adverse effect on ones mental and physical health but my foot is probably not the whole story, also I have slight hypertension and it is probably all tied in with what I have been through, anyone any ideas please?.
