Hearts racing

Hi my anxiety is really getting the better of me. My heart is racing and blood pressure through the roof. The more I try and relax the worse I feel! Anyone else had same and is this something to be worried about?

Hi thanks I’ve got a prescription for propranolol now so hopefully that will help x
