I’m OK kaz I was just having one of those day I think. , you know the one when you feel everyones fell off the earth, I’ll get over it, there’s no damn let up 
Ian glad your kind of ok and no there’s no let up we just learn to live with it or should I say without them . You just can’t put it into words can you the emotions come and go but they come at the most inconvenient time, the loneliness. I don’t know about you but my house was never still and quiet when the kids were little, even when they left home it wasn’t quiet now it’s just me and my dogs you can hear a pin drop and it hard to imagine it once was a house so full of noise and laughter. I’m going to listen to some northern soul that always lifts me up .

Yes the noise of silence, was same here kaz very busy house of comming and goings, I wrecon I’m just feeling sorry for my self really we used to have nights when we played music we be up till 4 sometimes, I’ll have to try it x
