Dear @Shell71

Welcome to the Community. I am sorry to hear of your losses of your loved ones, friend and cat Dottie. You have been through a lot recently.

There is an organisation called Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) that has useful information and support. You can also see if there is a local support group in your area by typing in your postcode.

The Bluecross offer a Pet Bereavement Service helpline and is open every day from 8.30am-8.30pm on 0800 096 6606. They also have a Pet Loss Support Community on Facebook called Blue Cross Pet Loss Support Community.

Sue Ryder has a Grief Guide that contains useful information on how to understand and cope with your bereavement and grief. This would be worth looking at when you are ready.

You can also phone the Samaritans for someone to talk to straight away. It is a free and confidential service on 116 123.

If you have not done so already, you could speak to your doctor and see how they can support you. You are not alone and support is out there. You too can connect with members here who have been in a similar situation as yourself by using the search bar and typing in the topic.

Please continue to reach out, if you need further information please email online.community@suerydercare.org.

Take care.
